Choose and Apply

To take part in Southern Cross University's Study Abroad and Exchange Program follow the steps below.

1. Check with your Home Institution

Contact your home institution and request approval to take part in the Study Abroad or Exchange program at SCU. To check if your home institution is an SCU exchange partner go to:

If your institution is not an SCU exchange partner then contact SCU International Office direct.

2. Choose Units or Subjects for study

Once you have study approval from your home institution, check which SCU Units/Subjects are available for study using the SCU course options search below:

From the course unit page you are able to search by campus and semester for available units.

Please note that exchange students must enrol in a minimum of 3 units and maximum of 4 units depending on the requirements of their home institution. To browse the units available go to:

3. Check Entry Requirements and fill in Application

Once you have chosen your study units fill in the SCU Application Form at:

Web Study Abroad and Exchange Application Form

Check the unit entry requirements with your home institution and return the completed application form to your home institution.

4. Submit your Application Form

Submit the completed application form to your home institution.

OR If your institution is not an SCU exchange partner submit the application form direct to SCU International Office

5. The Next Step

Once Southern Cross University has processed your application you will receive information and eCOE from your home institution.

OR if your institution is not an SCU partner institution then you will receive an offer direct from Southern Cross University.

In both cases proceed to Accepting your Offer to Study at SCU.
