Each semester a special highly subsidised 4WD camping excursion is held for the study abroad students. This trip varies depending on the preferences of students with a range of options available.

One popular excursion is to Central Australia between Uluru (Ayres Rock) and Alice Springs, an area famous worldwide. Students have the opportunity to experience places of spiritual significance to the local indigenous people such as Uluru, Kata Tjuka.
